Twenty-four year-old Jun-ie works at the ward office as a public service
worker (an alternate of military service). There's only a month left until his
discharge from the compulsory service, but he has no idea what he will do
once he goes back to civilian life. During his service at the ward office, he
has an affair with an older female employee named Mi-young. She is
married and has a child. They are not in love. They are just physically
involved… Their relationship sometimes makes Jun-ie uncomfortable. But
Mi-young prods him saying "Can you really end us? Do we have anything to
end? I'm not demanding anything. An indecisive kid like you… Just keep
things as they are now." Jun-ie gives up trying to make up his mind. As if
he's given up on thinking about his future. One day, he meets his first love
Eun-ji at the district office. Eun-ji greets him awkwardly and tries to leave in
a hurry. Jun-ie makes a date with her but her sister Hyun-ji shows up
instead. She says that she's filling in for her busy sister. She starts stuffing
herself with hamburgers. She likes Bruce Lee and likes to laugh out loud in
theaters. She intrigues Jun-ie. He finally decides to end things with Mi-
young. On the day of his release from service, he vows to start over. But he
is still confused… Does he really love Eun-ji? Then why does Hyun-ji keep
invading his thoughts...?
